When you ask the planner to respond

Your business context, goal, constraint, time and spending choices, message, and recent conversation are sent to Business.How’s server and the Mojica AI planning service. Mojica processes requests on its own AI infrastructure and is also permitted to use Microsoft Azure OpenAI as a fallback. Your answers do not stay only in your browser.

The website does not maintain a server-side conversation history. Its planning adapter does not write your message or generated plan to ordinary application logs or analytics. Mojica’s documented operational records include a request identifier, processing route, duration, usage counts, and outcome, without the raw planning text.

Use ordinary, nonconfidential business descriptions. Do not submit credentials, account details, customer or employee records, health information, or other private data. You can review and edit context carried from another page before requesting a plan.

Cloud processing and retention limits

When Microsoft Azure OpenAI processes a request, Microsoft’s policies apply. Microsoft describes automated abuse checks and, in some cases, storage of flagged inputs and outputs for review by authorized employees. See Microsoft’s data, privacy, and security information and abuse-monitoring policy.

Business.How has not verified a service-specific exemption from this review or a fixed deletion period for all downstream processing records. We do not promise zero retention by processing services. Contact the publisher about processing or retention before sharing information that requires a particular deletion guarantee.

Saved plans and shortlists

Shortlisted idea identifiers are stored in this browser when storage is available. Choosing “Save on this device” stores a copy of your plan, setup answers, and recent conversation in this browser. They are not synced to another device or account. People using this browser profile may be able to read them.

Unsaved planner conversations and worksheet notes are held in the current page. Calculator or worksheet context carried into planning uses temporary storage in this tab, expires after one hour, and is removed when read. Refreshing or closing a page can lose unsaved work. Copying, printing, or downloading creates a separate copy under your control.

Site measurement

Google Analytics measures page use and bounded events such as opening an idea, starting or completing a plan, saving a plan, and using a calculator. These events do not include your planning text, worksheet notes, calculator amounts, proposed business names, or contact details. Query strings are removed from the page addresses the site sends to Analytics.

External services

Domain checks continue with a registrar. Contact forms are processed by Jotform. Hiring and opportunity links open RoleOctopus. Each service handles information under its own terms and policies. Business.How does not process purchases on the site.
